I’m Steve, and through Oliva Solutions I help organizations make their processes simpler, clearer, and more manageable. ContestFlow is a practical example of that approach: a solution designed to organize competitions without spreadsheet chaos, scattered emails, and unnecessary manual work.
ContestFlow was created from a real-world need. Many competitions are still managed through email, separate files, and manual steps. That may work, but it often takes more time than necessary and increases the chance of mistakes.
My approach is pragmatic. No heavy software project, but a solution that is understandable, workable, and built around the reality of the organization.
